Organizational Health

Organizational Improvement

We identify opportunities for improvement to keep your organization operating smoothly.

Creating systems and structures that support organizational health is at the core of what we do at Public Works Partners. We were founded out of a desire to bring the tools of management consulting—organizational assessment, organizational redesign, and management—to mission-driven organizations. We put these tools into action through our organizational improvement service.

Public Works provides organizational improvement support to municipal agencies, nonprofit organizations, and mission-driven businesses of all sizes. Our organizational assessment work centers on establishing the current state of your finances, operations, and programs so that you can take the next steps to plan for your future with confidence. We identify staffing and administrative gaps as well as opportunities to build capacity and strengthen internal operations. Once we understand the current state of your organization, we develop strategies for reorganization and management that strengthen your internal operations and position your team to work towards goals more effectively.

Our expertise stems from our team members’ experience leading government offices and managing nonprofits, as well as our own experience as a growing small business. We understand first-hand the pressures faced by mission-driven organizations. We create systems that strengthen your operations so that you can focus on advancing your mission.
