We worked with each grantee to establish ongoing assessment and outcome evaluation systems and identify key common measures of poverty alleviation to understand which strategies most effectively reduce poverty, with the ultimate goal of long-term financial sustainability for those the organizations serve. We also worked with the City of New York to access administrative data that will facilitate measurement of outcomes and public savings associated with each initiative.
We leveraged our deep experience in helping human services providers to manage complex multi-stakeholder initiatives, implement data management strategies to drive better outcomes, and create effective performance management practices to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
