The Executive Director and Board of Directors engaged Public Works Partners to plan and facilitate a strategic planning process to prepare RTNYC for growth and capacity building over the next 5 years.
Results of the assessment informed the strategic planning process and identified opportunities to prioritize RTNYC’s growing waitlist and to expand programming in neighborhoods most in need of the organization’s services. Public Works facilitated several interactive engagements and synthesized findings from the analysis and these engagements to design and launch a plan that celebrates the organization’s mission, goals, and objectives.
Public Works also worked with RTNYC to develop an internal implementation plan to put these objectives into action.
