Our Strategy
Public Works Partners started this process by conducting a Low-Income Homeownership Analysis that assessed the current landscape of low-income homeownership in New York City.
Results of the assessment informed the strategic planning process and identified opportunities to prioritize RTNYC’s growing waitlist and to expand programming in neighborhoods most in need of the organization’s services. Public Works facilitated several interactive engagements and synthesized findings from the analysis and these engagements to design and launch a plan that celebrates the organization’s mission, goals, and objectives.

Impact
and Outcome
The Strategic Plan builds upon the organization’s accomplishments and charts a clear path forward for RTNYC to continue to support New York City’s many unique and diverse neighborhoods.
Public Works also worked with RTNYC to develop an internal implementation plan to put these objectives into action.
