Our Strategy
We led a research strategy designed to surface innovative initiative concepts and assess their potential to achieve Jamaica's goals.
Public Works assessed existing initiatives and engaged stakeholders to brainstorm around new collaborations, conducted a market analysis to ensure that recommendations aligned with Jamaica’s needs, and offered our own expertise to inform the selection process.
Impact
and Outcome
Our work directly supported the selection of workforce and entrepreneurship projects with the most potential to contribute to the community's revitalization.
Our findings were synthesized and shared out through a set of project profiles we developed. These profiles described the initiatives under consideration for funding as part of the Jamaica DRI Strategic Investment Plan and make recommendations on their viability.
