Public Works Partners conducted a year-long evaluation of the program to both measure program effectiveness and explore the broader impact of increased access to arts education for youth.
We paired quantitative and qualitative analysis – including online surveys, interviews, focus groups, and classroom visits – to contextualize program outcome data with the experience of its stakeholders. This allowed us to both measure program effectiveness and explore the broader impact of increased access to arts education for youth.
The project culminated with a synthesis of our evaluation findings and recommendations detailed in a final report, as well as an executive summary which Lincoln Center can use to present the impact of the Scholars Program to funders.
