Our Strategy

Public Works conducted a market analysis of 10 cities to collect insight into the housing and community development work being driven by municipal governments.

Our analysis focused on contextualizing the work of municipal agencies in each city’s larger housing ecosystem, and identifying strategies that would position Enterprise to further catalyze affordable housing development efforts.

Impact
and Outcome

Our assessment found several opportunities for Advisory Services practice to support cities through consulting engagements.

In each case, we recommended next steps to help position Advisory Services to pursue engagements in these markets, particularly in areas of community investment strategies, green building, grants management, and relationship management.
