Our Strategy
We coordinated with a broad spectrum of stakeholders to advance the Network's goals.
Public Works collaborated with key stakeholders and over 20 community-based organizations and local city agencies to manage the daily operations of the Hiring Network, including weekly hiring events that brought together candidates and employers, the development of a database tailored to the Hiring Network’s efforts, and communication with community-based organizations and local city agencies to discuss the status of candidates and brief them on upcoming events, and keeping Related staff abreast of progress and future needs. Concurrently, Public Works began standardizing processes and developing tools for support to streamline the efficiency of the hiring process, ultimately contributing to the overall sustainability of the Hiring Network.
