As a Manager on the Client Services team, Noah acts as project manager on a number of organizational health projects, drawing on years of experience working with nonprofit and advocacy groups. He brings to Public Works a commitment to continuously seek out opportunities that forge cross-sector partnerships and amplify the impact of mission-driven organizations. Noah first joined Public Works as a Project Coordinator in 2022, supporting the firm in strategic planning and program evaluation projects for a wide range of clients, including the NYC Department of Probation, the Federal Reserve, and Wells College.
Prior to joining Public Works Partners, Noah worked as a court advocate at the Center for Alternative Sentencing and Employment Services (CASES), where he supported criminal legal-involved youth as they navigated alternative to incarceration programming. It was at CASES where Noah established his commitment to supporting organizations that promote equity and prioritize the voices of those with lived experiences.
Noah holds an MPA with a Specialization in Policy Analysis from the Wagner School for Public Service at New York University, where he served as the Co-Chair of Students for Ending Mass Incarceration.
