“It is essential that we work together to build a future that meaningfully captures and advances everyone’s needs. Our Emergency Management & Planning service is designed to make that imperative a reality.”

– Celeste Frye, Public Works Partners Founder & CEO

Public Works Partners is thrilled to announce our newest service area, Emergency Management & Planning. Through this service we will tackle the biggest challenges facing our communities, including the ongoing public health crisis, soaring economic inequality, and climate change.

Our emergency management work will center equity and focus on designing transformative, innovative, and community-based interventions that are tailored to meet each client’s circumstances.

Public Works new Senior Manager Kethia Joseph (L) and new Manager Jordan Cosby (R)

To build this new service area, we are excited to announce that Kethia Joseph, formerly the Executive Director of Neighborhood Planning for the NYC Department of Small Business Services, has joined the Public Works team as Senior Manager. Kethia brings extensive experience designing and managing transformative strategies that support small businesses across NYC. She has spearheaded initiatives specifically designed to support those communities with the greatest need and has been instrumental in getting funding and resources to NYC’s CBDOs throughout the pandemic.

Kethia will work with Jordan Cosby, who has joined us as a Manager. Jordan is an urban planner with experience in financial management, economic recovery and community resilience planning. We are thrilled to have such accomplished and inspiring practitioners building the new service area. Please join us in welcoming Kethia and Jordan to the team.

We can’t wait to see where this new service area takes us! Be sure to follow us on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to stay up to date on everything we’re doing.
