Public Works Partners is excited to announce expansions to our current Research and Evaluation service area. This expansion centers around agile assessments which evaluate program impact and efficiency, provide for performance management and optimization, and offer actionable feedback for clients. This service expansion also includes increased resources for outcome-oriented qualitative research, stakeholder surveys, and implementation studies.

These services expand on over a decade of experience providing our organizational partners with the tools they need to better serve their communities. Through the agile assessment and other growth areas, we will help our clients design systems that maximize impact, optimize efficiency, and help ensure continuous growth.

Our research and evaluation approach is individually tailored to each of our clients and the communities they serve. We take a stakeholder-centric approach to our research, embedding ourselves in the community to hear firsthand from stakeholders, and supplementing these engagements with in-depth research and analysis. This process concludes with a series of clear and actionable recommendations that we help our clients implement.

The expansion of these service area will be led by Director Aurelia Aceves Hogan, whose extensive experience in research and evaluation ranges from spearheading industry studies on the Film and Television and Gaming industries for the NYC Mayor’s Office to an assessment of the Department of Sanitation’s “Make Compost Not Trash” campaign. Her background in community and organizational development supports outcome-oriented research and evaluation.

In 2021, our research and evaluation team successfully completed six public facing reports and thirty-eight internal reports for our clients. This expansion is intended to bolster our efforts to provide the highest quality services to a larger number of clients in 2022. We look forward to working with you!
