As Operations Manager, Naomi ensures staff have the necessary tools (and snacks) to successfully do their jobs. She uses her Developer strength to bring the staff together, a skill she also puts to use assessing candidates’ resumes. She joined the team in 2019, bringing her performance-driven and results-oriented organizational style to the role to assist in the growing the team and the firm as a whole.
Prior to joining Public Works Partners, Naomi honed her strategy, planning and performance management, communication, outreach, financial management, and general administration skills at various nonprofit organizations. In her previous roles as associate director of Camp Interlaken JCC and director of the Hillel Foundation at the University of Rhode Island, Naomi assessed administrative processes in order to improve accuracy and efficiency while advancing organizational objectives. She worked with college-age staff on program development and implementation.
Naomi holds an MSW from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Sociology from Columbia University. Her outstanding communication skills help in her role as Sisterhood President at Temple Beth El in Stamford.
