As a Manager for the Client Services team, Josh enables Public Works to deliver top quality strategic insights and personally guides their effective implementation, all with the goal of taking clients’ impact to new heights. Josh has worked on a variety of projects that benefit public partners, organizations, and communities throughout New York City. His work has included facilitating change management to raise the age of criminal responsibility from 16 to 18 years old, implementing a NYS grand prize-winning clean energy project improving economic and health outcomes, coordinating business planning for an upcoming and unprecedented new client initiative, and conducting strategic planning for artificial intelligence’s impact on New York City government.
Prior to joining Public Works, Josh worked with Westchester Children’s Association and United Way of Western Connecticut. In these roles, he led numerous workgroups and collaborations with more than 100 stakeholders to build shared public agendas, facilitated countless meetings and events, and conducted data tracking and advanced data and financial analysis. Throughout his career, Josh has supported dozens of state and regional efforts to center equity, identify gaps, and develop plans for improvement.
Josh holds a BA in Economics and a Civic Engagement Certificate from Wesleyan University and has completed an executive education program in Management from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. He is currently an MBA candidate at Lehigh University and is Board President of TBICO, a workforce development agency in Danbury, CT.
