As Manager Lead, Josh guides Public Works’ project teams on complex city, state, and national projects and develops internal tools and resources that strengthen project management across the firm’s portfolio. Since joining Public Works in 2021, he has led more than 25 client engagements that strengthen organizations and communities, including business and strategic planning, modernizing organizational structures and operational systems, advancing AI adoption and digital literacy, supporting mobility electrification and environmental stewardship initiatives, and improving transit performance and traffic safety. Josh was promoted to Manager Lead in 2025.
Before joining Public Works, Josh worked with Westchester Children’s and United Way of Western Connecticut, where he built shared public agendas, facilitated stakeholder convenings, and led advanced data, financial, and performance analyses. Across his career, he has contributed to dozens of local, state, and regional initiatives aimed at expanding opportunity and improving outcomes for communities of all ages.
Josh is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute, underscoring his project management expertise and leadership across industries and methodologies. He holds a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University and an MBA in Business Analytics, Strategy, and Finance from Lehigh University. Josh also completed an executive education program in Management from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.
