Isabel is an urban planning and public-sector professional who helps mission-driven organizations navigate complex challenges through research, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning. Isabel is currently pursuing an M.S. in Urban Planning at Columbia University, and as a Project Coordinator at Public Works Partners, she works at the intersection of organizational development, community engagement, and equitable systems change.
With experience spanning education, leadership development, and real estate strategy, Isabel supports organizations in turning insight into action through thoughtful analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and community-centered problem-solving. Through her work with Bank Street College of Education and Prep for Prep, she has partnered with educators, students, and community leaders to advance equity-centered learning, leadership development, and community engagement.
