About Hannah
Hannah is a Manager in Public Works’ Organizational Health practice, where she draws on experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors to help city agencies and nonprofit organizations meet community needs and achieve their goals. She leads equity‑centered projects in economic and workforce development, as well as strategic and business planning, advancing initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and community impact.
Hannah first joined Public Works Partners as a Project Coordinator in 2025 and was promoted to Manager in 2026. Before joining Public Works Partners, she served as a County Executive Fellow in the Intergovernmental Relations team at the Westchester County Executive's Office. In this role, she supported the County Executive through project management, research, budget analyses, and memo writing. Hannah also brings prior experience in finance, education, and community development.
Hannah holds an MPA from NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service with a specialization in Public Policy Analysis. She holds a BA in Finance with a minor in Japanese from Seattle University.
