As a Manager on the Client Services team, Hafida has worked with government agencies and nonprofit organizations to successfully execute projects that advance organizational health. For the Mayor’s Office of Food Policy, Hafida supported the team in identifying and developing actionable steps to decrease barriers for M/WBE and NY State based food vendors looking to sell food to NYC agencies. She has also supported resident groups at NYCHA developments to tap into technical assistance through her work as a Project Manager on the PACT Resource Team.
Before joining Public Works Partners, Hafida worked at the NYC Department of Small Business Services where she managed a portfolio of workforce development programs and partnerships. While at Hunter College, she conducted research and evaluation to track that the impact of professional development courses for teachers on their students’ literacy. She has also created a training module for the NYC Department of Sanitation’s incoming cohort of AmeriCorp members and improved data reporting and collection processes for the NYC Human Resource Administration.
Hafida graduated from City College of New York’s MPA program in 2020.
