Kyli Fox Soug is a Project Coordinator on the Organization Health team, where she conducts background research, collects and analyzes data, and develops focus group and interview guides to support outreach efforts.

Before joining Public Works, Kyli served as a Southern Solutions Associate at Ashoka, working with social entrepreneurs across the American South where she ecosystem mapped the region and identified patterns of underfunding. She brings a background in human-centered design and program evaluation, including a program evaluation project in Rwanda and a workforce development design project in Cambodia. Across these roles Kyli has performed over 100 qualitative interviews, published in academic journals and implemented trainings internationally.

Kyli is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration from NYU Wagner, with a specialization in Social Impact, Innovation, and Investment. She holds a BS in Sociology from Brigham Young University.
