Nino has a demonstrated track record designing and scaling operational interventions to improve an organization’s capacity to align strategy with execution, enable cross-functional collaboration and foster a culture of accountability. Nino brings expertise in leveraging technology to improve organizational outcomes through the implementation and optimization of information systems, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, Knowledge Management, project management, team collaboration and other platforms. He is skilled in best practices related to business analysis, requirements gathering, Product Management, SDLC methodologies (in both waterfall and agile contexts) and process redesign, as well as technology evaluation and selection.
In previous roles, Nino has overseen enterprise-wide strategic projects to improve the operational efficiency of Kofile Technologies, a private equity-owned, integrated technology and document services firm working with government customers; managed all aspects of revenue operations, including bookings, expansions, performance monitoring, variable compensation systems and liaising with a consulting CFO for financial reporting purposes at SeamlessDocs, a government-facing software startup; and led the centralized delivery unit for the NYC Mayor’s Office of Operations, an internal consultancy charged with ensuring the effective implementation of large, interagency projects of strategic significance to the City of New York.
Nino holds an MPA from NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service and a B.A. in Journalism and Political Science New York University.
